FAQ
Questions traders ask
Can the EA place or close trades?+
No. LunoruSync has no trading code at all: it only reads your account and sends your trades to your journal. The source is published so you can check.
Do you need my broker password?+
Never. The EA runs inside your own MetaTrader terminal, which is already logged in. Lunoru only receives trade data.
Is it allowed on prop firm accounts?+
It's a read-only EA and doesn't trade, which most firms allow, but rules differ. Check your firm's rules before installing it.
What if my laptop is closed?+
Trades are stored on your broker. The next time MetaTrader opens, the EA sends everything you missed, including trades made on your phone. Want 24/7 sync? Run it on a VPS.
I only trade on my phone.+
Import your statement from your broker, or add trades by hand. You can record voice notes from your phone browser either way.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes, from Settings → Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then drop to Free. Your journal stays.
