Privacy Policy

Lunoru is a trading journal: you record how you feel about your trades, and we help you find the patterns. That means you trust us with personal material, so this page says plainly what we collect, why, and who else touches it.
What we collect
- Your account: name, email address and a hashed password (we never see your password in plain text), plus the IP address and browser of your active sessions so you can review and sign them out.
- Trading data: what the LunoruSync Expert Advisor, a statement you import, or you yourself send us: account number, broker server, balance and equity, and your trades (symbol, direction, size, prices, times, stop loss, take profit, profit, swap, commission).
- Your journal: notes you type, voice recordings, their transcripts, and the emotions and intensity you tag.
- Billing status: your plan and subscription status. Card details go to Polar, never to us.
We never ask for or store your broker password. The Expert Advisor runs in your own MetaTrader terminal and only reads your account.
How we use it
- To run the journal, show your statistics and find patterns between your emotions and your results.
- To transcribe voice notes and, on Pro and Prop, write your weekly AI coach review.
- To send account emails (password reset, verification) and the weekly review, which you can turn off.
- To bill your subscription and enforce plan limits.
We don't sell your data, show you ads, or share your journal with anyone who isn't listed below.
Who processes your data

These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
We keep your data while your account exists. Settings → Security → Delete account permanently erases your trades, journal, voice recordings and account straight away, and cancels any subscription. Database backups can hold deleted data for a short period before they expire.
Your rights
You can see and edit your data in the app, export your trades, and delete everything at any time. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR) you also have the right to access, correct, restrict or object to processing and to data portability. Email hello@lunoru.tech and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
Everything travels over HTTPS. Voice recordings are private and only playable by you through short-lived links. Sync tokens are stored hashed and can be revoked at any time.
Children
Lunoru is for adults. Don't use it if you are under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect.
