By creating a Lunoru account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Lunoru.

What Lunoru is, and isn't

Lunoru is a journaling and self-review tool for traders. It is not financial, investment or trading advice. Statistics, patterns and AI coach reviews describe your own past behaviour; they don't predict markets or tell you what to trade. AI-generated reviews can be wrong. Trading carries a high risk of loss, and every trading decision is yours.

The LunoruSync Expert Advisor

• LunoruSync only reads your account. It contains no code that opens, changes or closes trades.
• You install and run it in your own MetaTrader terminal or VPS, and you're responsible for that setup.
• If you trade with a prop firm or broker, check that running a read-only Expert Advisor is allowed under their rules. Complying with those rules is your responsibility.
• Keep your sync token private. Anyone with it can send data into your journal. You can revoke it at any time.

Your account and content

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. You own your journal, recordings and trading data. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Lunoru to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, overload our systems, or reverse our limits.

Plans and payment

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions sold through Polar, our merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and invoices under its own terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• We may change prices for future periods and will tell you in advance.
• Plan limits (accounts, voice notes, AI coach) are shown on the Billing page.

Availability

We work to keep Lunoru running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. Syncing depends on your MetaTrader terminal and third-party services, and may be delayed or interrupted.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Lunoru isn't liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Security. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
